An observation on Del Jagnus

I recently got one for free from a friend who was quitting. I had no need for it and just sold it. No biggy. But just out of curiosity, I looked for the Del Jagnus in the player shops. There was a very common trend in them. All of them were 16% ice. All. of. them.

I'm guessing someone went around and duped them.

From the few hackers I talk to (none malicious mind you, they like playing the game), there's no weapon dupe trick to their knowledge... Besides, loads of synths land under 20% these days, it could be a coincidence. Sorta like the huge amount of 34% and 35% Claws...
