lvl of char significant to mag change?

hey this may be a slightly weird question but ok
so hypothetically im a redria fomarl ok and i have a mag i already raised on another char and its at lvl 149 and all the stats r set up right so when it hits 150 it will be perfect conditions for sato.
to get a sato i have the char and the id but shes lvl 1. i havent played her, just made her to evolve the mag. will it work? someone told me the lvl of ur char makes a diff but then someone else said it was just ur sex sect id and class i dont wanna screw up my mag! any feedback appreciated thanks!

Nah, your character's level isn't a factor for mag evolutions.

Use PSOW's Ep. 1 & 2 Mag Guide, it explains everything you need to know.

Basically for the new Ep. 2 mags, you level has to be over 100 and the mag has to evolve on a multiple of 10 (ex. 110, 120, 130 etc.). It also will depend on the class of who evolves it.
