UPDATE AS OF 12/19/02: Yep, I have revived this thread yet again, with what's undoubtedly the best deal yet. Once again, it's CompUSA, but they seem to be the only ones offering great router deals. While this says on the website that it's sold out, that doesn't mean it is at your local CompUSA, if you have one around where you live.

For those of you who are encountering "Error No.015" and using PPPoE to connect, or who are using PPPoE and getting frequent FSODs/BSODs, buying a router and setting up a DHCP server is your best option. I have done it, and never looked back. Everything, including my network of computers' connection, is terrific now.

So everyone knows, I did actually buy this router. I am going to ditch the hub that's being used right now for our computer network and replace it with the router. Once that's complete, I'll try a while of PSO playing and tell you all how it turns out.

So far, so good... or at least, sort of. I have successfully set up the router, and all of our computers work wonderfully. Everything is accessible, from IRC to AIM to games and all.

However... PSO is not connecting. I have reconfigured my GC to connect via DCHP, but nothing happens. Basically, I left all of the fields blank -- as it is on all of our computers, which work -- but it says it can't find the DHCP host.

Crapness.

Off I go to figure this out...

EDIT: By the way, while the deal is now over (although the mail-in rebate is probably still available at CompUSA), the router is still less expensive than the majority on the market at $49.99.

Fixed. I posted the details at the following:

And now this thread is doomed to plunge into the depths of the archives, forever to be forgotten. Bye-bye, router deal thread!

Looks like I've revived this thread from the dead, but with good reason. Check the first edited post of this thread to see.
