I've had a red hangun for awhile now, and my slot items are unchangeable, by the way, I've leveled up my FOmar around 6 times since then, and he STILL has 139 ATA, it ain't goin up!!!! it's not top or anything!!!!

I guess you can either have fun leveling up, or find a new Mag, and focus on Dex.

ATA is the 2nd hardest stat to raise.
