PSU: NPC price list (corrections/suggestions)

In the clothing store on the Colony, a "Cubo Dunga" crossbow (8*) shows up.
In the variety shop, I noticed that the wreath (and other out of season) decoration is "missing". I would say the prices should be visible all the time (unless, that really was a one-time only decoration!?)
Colony weapons shop: Reisei-shiki and Reisei-sou appear twice.
Things that are equal all around shops (Mates, photon art disks and synthesis materials) should probably be just kept once - I notice in the synthesis shop on Parum, no Vulcaline.

The store list is intended to represent the current state of the game. As such, we remove seasonal decorations when they go out-of-season.

Thanks for the list, I'll update the store entries later today. Let us know if you see any other errors. We try to keep everything as accurate as possible, but date-entry mistakes still creep in from time-to-time.

1. The Cubo Dunga entry has been moved to the appropriate store.
2. I'm not seeing duplicate entries for those particular Photon Arts.
3. Vulcaline has been added for the Parum store.

Ah, my bad, one is spelled with 'ai' the other 'ei'.
