Luck give me a better chance of hitting the route, or the ra

I've hit the hive rare route 3 times so far. Thats 12 Darbelans and one of them gave me a dimate!! One time all four gave me meseta, the only stuff I've gotten are an olpad and a copernia!!

So the search continues.

My question is: Will having triple luck give me a better chance of hitting the route, or the rare, or both?

Star luck boosts item drops, not chances to meet rare monster.

atleast you seen 12 of them, I seen 0. From what Im told luck only effects drops and weapon grinding.
