How do I get to Satellite of Darkness and Tunnel Recovery?

Trying to do Black heart runs, but being a moron, I can't find where to start these missions at :/

Dark Satellite is at the Space Dock in Cylez, 4th Floor. Directly across from the Parum exit.

For Tunnel Recovery go through Valley of Carnage then Mine Defense on Moatoob.

You can also do System Defense and then Desert Terror to get to Tunnel Recovery but I don't know why you would want to. In the lobby before it, I believe the door to it is the one off to the side attached to a side tunnel.
