Well, I noticed awhile ago that this particular PA was missing when the second batch of PAs came in a US update. Is the single claw the only one without a second "normal" PA? Is this particular claw skill missing from the JP version? Any word if this will end up being an ultimate PA?

I believe it's the one GH-420 (cat ears) uses as well.

but, the sinlge dagger only has 2 PAs also, idk about any ultimate single dagger PA

The ultimate skill for single claws, Sentan Kanzan-ga, costs only 50. You probably have it confused with the double claw skill, Rensen Senshou-ga, which does require 75.

The second one is correct, OdinTyler =) They are obtained from recieving S rank in an S rank mission. Collect these frags to obtain the new photon arts! They can be switched between characters [your own, not sure about other people's characters], but not sold in shop =)

senten kanzan ga is easily one of the worst pa's in the game. it's nothing more than eye candy. it's possibly worse than the second single dagger pa

But what are these frag items? Youre telling me you have to get some kind of item just to get your 2nd PA online? LOL Id rather S rank a mission to get them (or hell, buy them). Most weapons have 2 PAs you can buy from the store... all except the single claw. So for most of them it's a third PA that you need to collect PA frags for by S-ranking, S missions.

PA fragments are items you can get when you get S rank, on S rank missions. There are certain PA/Bullet/Techs you can get only with pa frags. (not out yet) here is a pretty good chart someone made:

Buten Shoren-zan is the first single dagger PA with the knockdown move on the first string. She is talking about the single dagger PA that Ethan only has access to in offline mode. Shouren-something-zan. It's like Bonga Zubba; a windup "pitch".

What are the stats on this PA, anyway? I'll assume the first move is two hits that target two enemies (maybe with a knockdown on the second), then the last hit targets three enemies with a knockback. With those stats, the damage modifier would have to be rather large to be comparable to other single handed PAs, but I really do hope it's something useful (it's the only single weapon that fortefighters can use and still have an S rank on that doesn't look silly).

Your opinion lost all credibility when you said the second dagger PA is one of the worst in the game.

Yeah, it's completely worthless to be able to almost indefinitely juggle a whole group of enemies.

^ The 2nd dagger PA is really nice on big, lumbering moatoob dinosaurs (kog nadd & fire lizard thingy) and the moatoob Grinna. It rocks on worms, too. It's a very good stun PA for all of the enemies that get rooted by popup moves, instead of launched skyward.
