Apart from having a fixed sucess rate for their synthesis, what are the benifits of using Kubara Articles as they are usually weaker in stats than their original counterparts?

typically grind better and have lower requirements to use

Much higher PP in most cases. Also they grind significantly better.

Kubara weapons, the ones that grind well but has lower base stats don't have static synth %s. The ones that do are the unique kubaras such as deljabaner, etc, not the "modified" versions of the brand name weapons.

My synth rate sucks enough that I don't try them anymore. Maybe when I'm level 70 and happen to be rolling in the Mesetas and Kubara Wood, then I will start messing about with it. Not till then.

If only it were that easy x_x Luckily there's only 6* and 8* kubaras that fall into that category. Gathering 9 rates for each level is drive anyone insane (more for melee weapons though...).

for example, the falcon rifle board + kubara wood = riflic

the riflic is not as good as the falcon (6* B weps)
however, the riflic passes the falcon soon after grinding

riflic +10 is about 600 Att
falcon +10 is about 560 Att
Phantom (9* rifle) +0 is about 540 Att

also, they have slightly diff. appearances

You can use the melee ones for their awesome 10% less damage with PAs.

oh, and the phantom combo (phantom rifle + phantomline armor) = more damage then falcon +10 or riflic +10

I would like to know if 6* Kubara melee weapons are available. I've seen pictures of them on at PSO Weapon Viewer (http://pwv.sakura.ne.jp/) but I was unable to use Kubara wood when I was synthing a Survivor dagger like I did when I made my Riflic by substituting Par Ash on a Falcon board.

Is this a feature unique to the Japanese PC/PS2 server, or has Sonic Team merely not released it on the 360 one?
