Interesting....

Some people have claimed that this item is needed for a bow board which is only dropping from the special limited time only Rappy Amures (supposedly). It was thought that these same rappies also dropped the Love Letter. But now this does not seem to be the case....

Which isn't bad, because I thought it would be EXTREMELY difficult to get one of these items from the Rappy Amores before the 16th, much less both of them.

I remember in the S rank thread that isahn made, there was a Kubara bow with a description similar to that love letter. So it's probably made to synth that bow.

Yes, Kohibumiteri uses a Love Letter (Koibumi) as a synth ingredient.

True, Shiroryuu, but synth mats never seem to do much for your PM. Sure a 10-12* one might, but I'm just not sure.
