Expand the e-mail new posts

How about adding PM on new posts to a new thread next to the option for the email new posts?

I rarely check my email, but have the pop-up on new PM, so a PM on new post would be nice for topics I wish to receive updates on.

I think it's very possible, as long as our coders are willing & able to spend time on it. But you do know the consequences of spammed threads, yeah?
