Equipping Yamata-Senba (FT)

Can fortechers equip yamata-senba, currently, I have synthed quite a few with good %. I'm at lv 70 with job lv 9 and have 65 dfp. It requires 66 DFP, will the extra job level be enough. Anyone know. Please say yes .... lol.
