PSU-XBox 360: "Data Locked due to irregular ending process"

What is this i tried to get into uni 5 for the valentine day event now i can get back in. It keeps saying your data has been locked due to irregular ending process please try to log-in in 10 minutes. OMG they should have made the even in 2 universes. I never had this before when trying to get into different uni's even if i stay there and keep looking to see if its open by exiting and entering. Now i get this cause of the stupid valentine day event. I should have left it alone when uni 4 crashed.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so where you able to log back in with your character intact?

I had the same problem when I went to dashboard (As it was froze trying to escape from uni 5).

And I waited 10 min and came back, my chars were fine.
