Online, it's unreleased, although people have hacked it. There shouldn't be any floating around now, but if you see one, it's not legit. Offline, I believe they drop in HIVE S. From what people on here have said, they aren't that rare.

there is no board for it and it drops from bel pannons. it can drop in both story and extra mode.

Really easy to find, you may just find it without looking for it. Whitill wings also get special mention.

Dagger of Serafi drops in the Hive. A twin dagger, its Kubara made, w/40% Fire on it. Pretty decent. When you get it, youll notice that one dagger is white, the other is red. Its supposed to symbolize good & evil.
