Me thinks that NA/EU versions of PSU are gonna have large population growths on different systems every two months. Since (idk why) people left for the 360 and from what you said and hopfully(not saying this as a negative to 360 users) people will come to the PC/PS2 because of hackers. Then this will go back and forth until people realize that leaving a system for another version of a game is kinda stupid.

lol, I wouldn't worry about it, hacking the 360 is far more difficult than using cheatengine on PC

Not to mention the fact that MS can and will hardware ban a machine. It's one thing paying another 10 bucks to futz around with a game, it's another to switch out 400 dollar machines every time you get banned. There are only so many times you can walk into a Walmart and try to exchange the same item...

very true arislan but being a ex-hacker myself i know that 360 is hackable not saying how but it is just gonna take a lil longer but remeber 360 is more like a pc then ps2 is and if people can hack their 360 to play back up of games why cant they hack it with trainers for games ?

Of course, if they were the techie type they could probably get around a hardware ban, couldn't they?

trainers for 360 aren't gonna happen until the system's security is completely compromised, it's not possible to run unauthorized code on the 360 at the moment

Yep, The 360 is still far from being compromised. PSU wont be hacked anytime soon, You cant change a single file on a backup or it breaks the signiture and wont run, You cant run anything in the background since it wont allow for any unsigned code, and if you get banned then its banned from everything and you cant change your MAC or ID. You cant even change files on the Hard Drive. Its 1000x times more harder then to hack the PS2 version and even that is still holding up...

So please tell me how exactly its going to be hacked, or are you reporting what some 13 year old said in a lobby?.

The reason they can play backups is because of firmware/stealth hack/mod. =)

Which aside from playing backups, leads nowhere.

Nothing is hack proof. Eventually the XBox360 will get hacked along with PSU on there. If anything, the elitist asshole personality that most people playing that version seem to have would only lead to someone putting in that much effort into it.

And of course, like I stated before and probably true for others, I'd rather put up with the cheats on the PS2/PC version than be around a ton of elitist asshats.

Hello. My name is Sychosis. Apparently I'm an elitist asshat because I play on a different platform than you.

I agree with this statement. What did we do other than choose a version with less cheating than yours?

Your annoying... You try to express your viewpoints or imply this/that to the PC/PS2 users when the discussion doesn't even regard you guys. Occasionally annoying comment 360 ftw! :rolls:

Even if the 360 started getting hacked, Microsoft's competent enough to ban.
Which leads to another point...
It won't be on the scale of the PC/PS2 servers. Script Kiddies won't bother.

WTF, you cant hack psu on the 360, if you run trainers xbox live prevents you from connecting and instabans you, people have tried that with halo 2 and it didnt work. You cant packet edit on xbox live without being instabanned either. thats why there wasnt any FSODing on PSOX. Halo 2 was only hacked clientside, if the modder didnt get host he couldnt use his hax. PSU is serverside so that blows that idea out of the water. Xbox live whitelists processes, if a process tries to run that it doesn't have on its whitelist (like a trainer or packet edit) it terminates it and bans its source. modified game backups are clientside and will do nothing online in psu because the server is the host and not you.
