Do any character types get tech boosts in PSU?

Like in PSO, some characters had boosted tech range / power. Or some were just able to cast quicker.

Are there ANY differences in the PSU techs depending on which type of character uses them?

Sadly, no.

Edit: Newmans do get a stat boost when they are any -techer class though.
