PSO (PC) Problem

I installed PSO for PC and when I start offline.exe nothing happens.Can anyone help?I really want to play this game.

What methods have you tried?

Sorry for placing this on the wrong place,im new here.
I found patch and I can play it now offline,but there is no opening movie I saw in Dreamcast version.Is that normal?

It's no problem =]
It doesn't really matter about the opening movie. It's not normal, but you can always watch it on, say, google video's if you want to see it.
