Image Resizing Help

i would like to resize this gif.

i put it in my photobucket to try to resize it but it doesnt let me. =[

any other ways i can resize it?

Animation Shop, Imageready, and the like, can be used to resize it.

Were you wanting to make it smaller, or bigger, or what?
