Item: Enemy Parts and Section IDs?

I have had a question for a while now, and I was wondering if the people here, who seem to actually know what they're talking about, could answer. Are enemy part drops affected by section id? If they are, is it a case by case basis (i.e. Redria is more likely to find Grass Assassin Arms) or is it a global thing (i.e. Whitill finds enemy parts by the truckload)? I appreciate any information you can offer, as I'm quite new to the game.

Well Staflos, from my understanding and personal experience, Monster Parts drop rates are the same across every ID (i.e. for every Grass Assassin, the chance it will drop it's arms is the same for every ID). Also, it is a global rate as well (i.e. no one ID has a greater chance to get a Del Saber's part to drop than any other).
