im oran and in ult mines. have yet to fond my twin brand. cant oran find it anymore? i also have other id's but i want those things mainly.

Syncesta - No clue on this - I haven't heard anything on it from credible sources

RED BARRIER - Barriers/Amps seem to be pretty random, both in level and difficulty

Rabbit Wand - See Syncesta

Dragon Slayer - Join a SKYLY game

Hitogata - See Syncesta

Partisan of Lightning - Said that Gol Dragon drops it in Ultimate; not certain about id

Twin Brand - Said that Barba RAy drops it in Ultimate; not certain about id

Oran will also find Dragon Slayers in Ultimate Caves. I've only been through the Caves a few times and I have two Slayers from there. The first was dropped by a Vulmer and the second was dropped by Dal Ra Lie (doh!) You would think a boss drops something better than that...

Barriers are supposed to be pretty common, but I've only found one Red in 160+ hours of play.

The rest, I have no idea.
