I've seen this mentioned numerous times all over the web in various contexts relating to PSO, and the most I know about it is... it's an item. Probably a weapon. Would someone please kindly tell me what this is in more detail than that? Claw, slicer, card? Who uses it? What it does? This stupid thing annoys the tar outta me.

The Asuka are double sabers. You know, one in one hand and one in the other. Thats basicly it. You should just check the PSO database for these kinds of questions. If the item your looking for is not in there, then post a topic about it and we will figure it out. Then the MODs will probably add it to the database.
