I really don't know.

If this is just an abstract picture with no real meaning, I believe this belongs in the PSO Screenshot thread and not in Fan Works.

So... is there something in particular that you'd like to point out about the picture that you thought was unusually artistic or something?

Seriously man, this is the largest fan site on the internet for that particular game... This honestly isn't something alarming.

What exactly is it about this picture that has you so impressed?

Step 1: Draw something.
Step 2: If you drew it by hand, then scan it. If you drew it using some sort of art program, then save it as a JPG or GIF file.
Step 3: Upload it to the webspace provider of your choice. Imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us/) and Photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com/) are very popular, these days.
Step 4: Post it in a thread using the IMG tags that you used to post the picture that has us so confused in this thread.
