Directly PMing Mods problem

Greetings,

I've run across a problem while trying to PM a mod about a post that goes against the forum rules. Unfortunately, it seems I can't PM any mod at the moment because I always get this message "Unable to send PM to user".

Is there any reason, other than PM inbox full, that would prevent me to PM anybody? Syntax, smilies, HTML, etc?

I tried to PM T0m and Ryna about my issue, and it doesn't seem to be working at all. Can somebody help me? Thank you.

Try sending your private message again.

We were testing out some backend updates that may have had some unintended side-effects on other portions of the site. That should be fixed now.
