So, let me show you my thoughts (there are no ultimate pa's included, sorry.):

Saber:
Rising strike: good for quick knocking back and throwing stuff. Bad for it's damage. preferably used when overwhelmed by lots of monsters.
Gravity Strike: good for it's 50 million hits and huge damage. Bad because no knockback/hit upwards right off the bat. preferably used when you want to murder the heck out of someone.

Dagger:
Buten Shouren-Zan: Good for it's many hits and big damage. bad because no knockback/hit upwards right off the bat. prefferably used when you want to murder.
Other dagger PA: Good for quick it upwards and knockback. Bad for damage. prefferably used when overwhelmed by monsters.

Claw:
Shouzen touzoo-ga(sp?): A Great combination of many hits, huge damage, and a quick knockback/hit upwards. doesn't really hit many enemies and the range isn't that good though. Preferably used on enemies with 2 spots to hit.

Twin Saber:
Riseing crush: has like fifty hit upwards, and it has many hits too, Great damage. sometimes, the second and third Y's are hard to hit though. Great to use on mobs and bil de vears.
Assult crush: good all around Pa. first 2 attacks focus on one, last one kill everyone. bad because it sucks until level 21. great to use in almost any enviornment.

Twin daggers:
First Pa (spinny one): Great amount of hits. Awesome damage. Not so excelent on magicians that keep shooting things at you while amidst this Pa. Prefferably used by running in the middle of a mob and spamming.
Second Pa (hit people in front): don't know much about this PA. Has a lot of combos and great damage. prone to attacks from many places though. Prefferably used on one enemy with a lot of health.

Twin claw:
First PA (jump up): Great damage and awesome utility. not so good on enemies that jump around a lot. Prefferably used on mobs of 3 in front of you.
Second PA (beam of light): Many combos, great damage. prone to many attacks though. Prefferably used on one or 2 people with a lot of health.

Sword:
Tornado break: Great on many enemies. awesome mob control. not so good damage. Preferably used in the middle of a mob.
Spinning break: Great damage, many combos. not so good when many people are casting spells at you. Prefferably used on one of 2 enemies.

Axe:
Anga Durega (sp?): Nice that it has knockback right off the bat. although, it's slow and if you ever miss any of the hits, you're dead.Prefferably used if you want to throw an annoying enemy away from you.
Anga Redda: Great Damage. Nice knockback/ hit upwards. many ocmbos. Although not so good on huge crowds. Prefferably used when facing mobs of 2,3, or maybe even 4.

Spear:
Dus Daggas: Best damage ever!!! Huge amount of combos! Easy to switch directions! although, not good in the middle of a mob. Prefferably used when facing 2-3 people fairly close together.
Other spear PA (attacks around you): Great in the middle of a mob. awesome mob controlling.Good speed too. although lacks damage. and it sucks until lvl 11. Prefferably used to control a mob.

Double Saber:
1st Pa: Great for racking up damage. Does a lot of combos in quick succession. Not really good when Having a lot of people casting stuff at you. Prefferably used on mobs of 3-4.
Gravity Dance: The greatest mob controller ever!! Looks awesome. Great amount of combos. although not a huge amount of damage. Prefferabley for mob control and doing a good amount of damage in the process.

Fists:
1st PA: great damage and combos. not so good on a 3-5 mob though. prefferably used to murder 2 people.
2nd PA: great for damage and crowd control too. although it's is less damage doing the the other PA. Prefferably used on a crowd that is getting annoying.

Well, that's my guide!!! make your suggestions and stuff and tell me if I forgot a weapon or PA.
