Enough Photon Drops

Ok Sure i know to go on the Gallons shop quest and talk to the force. I have got addslots and an assist barrier and that all ive seen him offer me. I had 12 and he says gimme all the ones you have which would be all 12 but he didnt offer anythign better at all. When i only was gonna give him 1 photon drop. "Odd??" Does Anyone know exactly how many you need to get really good rares. They say that you can get Weapons, Armor, Addslots, Materials, Mates, Fluids.

I am not sure of all the levels, but when you hit 17 drops, they add the Berill Photon thing. It upgrades S Berill Claw.
