Range 25
Armor 25

Since i'm mostly a Fortetecher which is the best Technic?

You'd end up with a GH-440 so then you can use those PM devices.

EDIT: i geuss i should ask what PM u have , i tought that an 25 across the board was a 440 but i just played aroung with the PM calc on Psupedia and got a 420 so what Pm do u have?

Which PM device you can use depends on which PM you have. Having 25 across the board doesn't tell us enough; the order you raised those stats will make the difference between a 420 and a 440.

So, again, which PM do you currently have?
