Oh, apparently not very common at all, seeing as how not many people have confirmed finding them. Ouch.

lol well i had 20 of them...they are not that hard to find...just do ep.4 desert...i found 3 rare monsters in one run and got 3 photon crystals...also ask around if anyone will trade any...almost everyone i asked if they had any replied yes. I won a kasmi bracer and about 30 other nice items. gl and have fun..its a fun quest

7/8 from any episode 4 rare monster in normal or hard difficulty.

1/683 (approx.) from Satellite Lizards in both crater and desert, very hard and ultimate.
