Noticed this while looking at the V.1 rares earlier today, figured it should probably go here.

Memory seems to say that the Red Saber didn't actually release until Ver.2, and this seems to be complimented by the glow on the name in the DC Pics. The drops for Dreamcast also list it as only dropping in Ultimate, meaning that if this is correct then the weapon could not possibly have been included within version 1.
There's also the possibility of hax/uncharted drops I suppose, but I figured I'd toss you all a line and see if there was any truth to the hunch. Anyways, thanks for looking into it.
