newb grinder question

ok i'm trying to upgrade an axe and i can't find a grinder a+(fill in number here) i was wondering if i can take a grinder base a and turn it into said item. and if so how. i've never grinded a weapon before and am a little scared and was needing you guys' help http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_chuck-ball.gif please don't throw rocks at me lol

You can, but you need a [B] Grinder A, which isn't available yet.

There are boards for turning Base B and Base C into grinders, but as I'm guessing you know they won't work on A-weapons like axes.
