I was hunting for rares then suddenly I see a Nar Lily. I kill it and all it gives me is a crappy bloody art

Remember, the quality of rares dropped by certain enemies, will increase by the time you reach Ultimate.

Like, if you kill a Nar Lily on Normal, you might find a Dragon/HP, but if you kill a Nar Lily on Very Hard, it might drop God/Body. (This is just an example, check the section ID drops to see what they drop for the others; this one was Redria)
