Best you can do is find a gold handgun (forgot the name >.<) and hope it has feezing special (besides getting an S-Rank and giving it freeze).

The Varista is closest for 9*+ with Arrest (just no effect on machines/Androids).

so splash how does a Blizzard raygun sound? is that top of the line and what are the freezing chances? see i'm preparing to do battle with some ill gills and del lily's, Im a Hucast I have freeze traps, do you think it is better to use them?

The Blizzard Raygun is the best non-rare freezing gun you can obtain. Blizzard has an 80% success ratio but even then, on a HUcast, it will practically miss a whole lot due to poor accuracy. I would definitely use the freeze traps rather than the Blizzard special, as you will need a lot of hit% in order to even for the Raygun's special to work.

Use a Varista, beleive me my RAcast can paralyze in 3-4 hits and it lasts longer than freeze does.

Varista and ano gun are two very good guns that has a high rate of paralyzing enemies.

Only the FS/SQ can freeze that effectively.
