How can Love Rappies be found? Can they be found in the Fake in Yellow quest by using the TP trick?

If I'm not mistaken, Love rappies (as well as all the other holiday rappies) can only be found online and when Sega enables them (which is usually on special holidays).

Nope, they're a VR temple only rare enemy if you find atleast 4 rappies in a room in VR temple do the TP trick and you'll see a love rappy after awhile.
