God Items

My friends and I were playing PSO Yesterday adn began to question some things. Do God Battles speed up cast rate too, because it only says attack? And do God items exceed the maximum amount of stats? Example if the max is 100 can a god mind make it 140? or will it have no effect at all? Please respond if you know or have a theory.

I don't think God/Battles increase cast speed since I was an android when I had one in ver.1. As for god units boosting past your max stats the answer is no, it doesn't matter if you equip a god/power when u have 3 power to go til you're maxed the god/pow will only give 3 power.
