Payment Issue ;(

Trying to get my account on. . . Puti nt he credit card info and it says "PAYMENT ON HOLD" and my accounts not going >_>

Do I just wait? I reloaded the account about 30 minutes ago.

Do you have the right money, no problems with your bank etc ?

Erm, I tried again (renew subscription that is) and it SAYS my account is active but on the billing details, it doesn't list the payment, it only says my old one which says "FAILED."

I dun' get it ;(

If you have enough money and your credit card info is correct on the billing info, just wait a while. That happened to me and I had to wait until the next day before I could log on again.

Don't do it multiple time, I did that once and my credit card got billed like 400 bucks =]
Got it back though.

Damn it.

I did do it multiple times, last time I did it was at 2am. It's 12:30pm now and the account is still "INACTIVE." >.<

*EDIT* Also, does it always say "ON HOLD" when your account is inactive?

My account says 'Inactive', have you spoke to your bank about it ? It might be a problem on their side, not Sega's.

e-mailing sega about the problem has worked for countless people, my friend had a problem similar. Communication does wonders =/ I'd hope it's Sega' fault and not your bank <_>
