you need to make it yourself through your PM to make an Elemental Melee weapons. or you can buy them from Player shop.

Buy/find a weapon board (not firearms). If you can put an element on it, it will say ??? for the Photon slot. Insert the board into your PM--it will tell you what else you need for it and in what amount.

Get the Photon element you want.

Insert that along with the materials needed.

Synth it.
