Most likely not this update. The Rappies (Rappys?) on the PSUJP servers that are level 100+ don't drop it...and they might not even be the creatures that drop it in the first place.

They are probably the monster that drops it but the drop rate is probably insanly high to the point none have been found yet

No, it makes more sense if Rappy Noel level 80+ drops the board for Serafi Dagger. During Christmas, neither our server nor the JP server had enemies of that high a level. This makes sense, because Rappy Noel also dropped Serafi Feather.
