Ok I just bought my 56 ko modem this week. My problem is that I don't have a credit card, so I can't buy an Hunter's License. Is there another way to buy it ???

You need a CC to make a donation at that site, and last I heard no one trusted it. I mean, I wouldn't even if I knew the person personally. X_x
