PSU: Linear Line: Dj's Guide for Rappy Hunting: Speed Runs (

So this is how I've been getting a total of 1-6 rappy spawns per day with each spawn check consisting of 2-3 minutes. It seems simple since I'm being picky with the maps.

So, I only do AX and CX map variations. BX, I don't bother with since the layout is a bit longer than the rest
( plus has a few more mobs to get through.)

I know that many of you may have known this already, but I've been getting mails from people asking how in the world I've been getting them so fast... So this is my guide to help you get as many spawns as you can in a day.

This guide works on all difficulty.C-S2 ranks.

Based on Difficulty:

Lvl Requirements: C:0, B:10 , A:25 , S:45 , S2:60

Enemy lvl difficulty: C:5 , B:10 , A: 35 , S:60 , S2: 80

Equipments to spare your life:
1. High % Dark armor
2.(optional) / Mind unit from shop or Te / Mind S
3. Mega / Rainbow
4. Retier Buff *The Technic buff ( if theres no force, go buy retaride from the NPC store.)
5. Good or High % Light weapons.
6. A sexy hat.

Fine your map:

AX: Circle Room

First spawn: Sendilans and Pannons; Kill and proceed

Kill the Pannons at the end of the block:

Proceed to block 2: Get ready to abort if you see 3 Pannons only. If you see Delsabans, then you got the map:

If your map succeeds, you can just pass these guys, fight the mobs down the stairs for the key, and go to the end of B3 to fight the Rappies that spawn as the last mobs:

CX: Stomache-looking first room

First should be a room full of Pannons. If you succeed, run pass them and go to the right, and down the stairs:

Kill the Delsaban mobs and Pannon in this room then grab the key and run to the door. Keep ignoring the Pannons thats still there.

Fight off the Pannons here:

Get ready to abort if you see Sendilans after the Pannons. If you see Delsabans, run to the room to the left of you to kill the mob to grab the key, then run back to open the gate.You don't have to finish off the Delsabans that spawns after the Pannons. The Rappies should be in the box to the left of you:

Please try your best at this. It usually takes 2-3 minutes to check a map properly. If you have friends willing to help then bring them with you. Sometimes it can get tedious but you must try your best.

You can solo this. You don't really need friends to come help, but it's a good way to keep you company and also a good way to bond ;D.

Death to PM and the price of your recharges is nothing to worry about. You will be aborting mission a lot anyways. You will be making money by probably selling your eggs in your Player Shop ( if you really need to.) So there's no need to worry much. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

13th spawn: 1 egg to rena, rappy feather to ayane
14th spawn: 1 egg to delsaber, 1 egg to Lady Raven
15th spawn: 1 egg, 1 rappy feather ---all dj

Friday 30th:
We stayed up until 9 am. all of these spawns were early bird spawns right after maintenance!

16th spawn: 2 eggs, 1 for me and hikaru
17th spawn: 2 eggs, 1 hikaru, 1 archemedes
18th spawn: 2 eggs, 1 dj, 1 archemedes
19th spawn: rappy feather, egg ---all dj
20th spawn: rappy feather, egg ---all delsaber
21st spawn: rappy feather, egg ---all dj

Sadly, we didn't see a single spawn in the afternoon and up XD.

Saturday 31th
Won't be home till 9pm
(went out cave exploring with friends)

These shortcuts definatly help a lot. I was not skipping monsters before to find out if bad/good map...

After reading this, my 2nd attempt I finally ran into Rappy! Got 2 eggs.

Ive been doing this solo w/ my PM-452 and Laia and takes about 3-4 minutes to find out if good or bad

I just spam Dambarta and use Nosdiga sometimes on the Sendilans when they are being a pain

Funny I got Dambarta this past Friday and LV it 1 to 30 just hunting Rappy w/o any luck.

You can also just bring a PM and an NPC to be your meat shield or distraction while you're running pass some of the mobs ;D.

alot of this guide is helpful but for those looking for eggs do the cx and bx on paurm thats alot easier and those looking for the rabol rappy board its not in the liner line we got 2 of them in 1 run on a different area so tomarow everyone can see my charter GOAST running around with a rabol rappy damn the stuff is expensive to buy though for proof you can go to Flame room he has a store his id number is 30033614 im sure there are alot of flames out there or u can just come see me im making nightwalkers right now GOAST im the only one on psu with a shop that name

As soon as I got back from Spring Break, I logged on and started playing again. And on the S-Rank Mad Beast mission with a party, we ran into Rappies. ANd I got an egg and the Rabol Rappy board. The other two guys got eggs.

And I've seen a guy (Maxumius Light, I think) with the Sefari Dagger. It's very cool looking, and I wish you could synth it with different photons/colors.

Thanks for the guide~! I had been skipping the B variation map but didnt think to skip certain mobs and get right to the rappies. Im only on LL S, wish I could do LL S2 (I am lvl 50)...but earlier today I found an easter egg and rappy feather by doing speed runs, I'll keep trying in the hopes that I get rappy armor ^-^

edit: I got 2 more eggs from 1 run and in another the board dropped! YaY!

Im a level 36 Ranger Cast with no Dark armor and all B rank weapons, and its still not difficult to do these runs, just takes about 20 minutes each to see if its rare ;D

Yea. After the pannons that starts off at B2 die out, there will be 2 Deljabans and 2 pannons.
That would mean they would spawn after a couple of the first pannons are gone.

I can tell ahead of time that the map spawn is bad by seeing that the pannons spawn more ( 2 pannons then sendilans.) but I didn't add that to the guide because sometimes people will pull the pannons away from their battle radius making them repawn back at their origin... Then aborting without even actually knowing that their spawn was "still up in the air."

So it's best to just kill off the 4 pannons at B2 for the CX route until you see either a deljaban ( means continue with it! you got it!) or Sendilan (means exit, it's a bad spawn )appear.

I've been doing this S2, and thank god I have some good light weapons. 50% muktrand, giza-misaki, and crea doubles are a savior.

I've only encountered them once, and I got an egg from that.

There are 3 different starting rooms. One is labeled as A, next as B, next as C. It makes no difference what difficulty you are on. Each starting room, has one rare map, labeled A-X, B-X, C-X. No matter what difficulty, you can find all three!

Man... I really ought to get my own hands on some light weapons, I've just been getting by with my dark pistol and saber, leaving my NPCs doing all the hard work while I try to virus things. I really envy those people with Twin Handguns. Then again, maybe I should just use the other melee weapons available to me, I managed to get Rising Strike to Lv. 30 from Lv. 28 and Dark Hit from Lv. 17 to Lv. 22 in about two days of hunting after the Halp Serafi.

Yeah... If I had the money, I'd use traps or Burning Hit to make things faster, I really ought to upgrade from B weaponbs to A weapons for that extra bit of accuracy or synth some more Light weapons and get a dark armour.

Up to 6 spawns now with 10 eggs and 2 serafi feathers dropped. I have no luck when it comes to actually finding rappies. One annoying thing is that megid still does between 0 and 5 damage so I often get OHKO'd when it does 1 DPH. I'm up to 2 spawns now DJ, I moved to Mad Creatures on Parum to try more for the Armor Board then I'll go back to looking for the Dagger one. I got a spawn of 2, one regular rappy feather and one Egg deco, I'll keep at it though.

I'm trying to get at least one rappy spawn per day. Right now I'm a lvl 63 fighgunner and doing it solo is kinda though, specially if there are delsabans around (They get to knock me back a lot. Without my twin handguns the tear me appart ;_; ) and I do it solo because I have this terrible feeling that if I let someone in the team, I WILL find the dagger, and it WON'T go to me. I just know it >_<
This guide has been useful tho, now it only takes me from 4 to 7 minutes to find out if a map is good or not.

Yesterday i ran about 122 runs on LL-S2. about 32 of em had the right map spawn on b1 .. still no rappy.
Today (ran an all nighter) im up at 401 runs on LL-S2 and total 211 of those had the right b1-spawn.

STILL NOT A SINGLE RAPPY...

But hey .. who should complain? i mean.. i still got like

i finally found a spawn after about 8 hrs or so of looking since last weekend. got em on the first try this morning. ive only been doing solo S runs so i could find the Rabol Rappy (i needed to find something they drop besides eggs and normal rappy feathers...), now ill be heading back to SS for the rest of the week.

Hey ,in fact I see that u have many ppl to help, why don't separate room? strick together will let u find rappy slower then separate, because of the walking time.. (solo = 3-4 min A map
5-6 min C map

I know... EXACTLY what you mean. T_T I've still only found two rappy spawns in the, what, 12 days since I started this? Something like that. I forget how long it's been, since the walls of LL are starting to burn themselves into my memory. >< At least one rappy spawn will break up the monotony. My lv 61 H fF finaly got the rappy spawn solo last night. it takes forever for my lv 61 to kill those mobs. well killed the rappies and what do I get... more eggs!!! between mad creatures and LL i've gotten 11 eggs, 4 rappy feathers, and 1 seraph feather!. though I do dig the feathers as it's the best they could drop other than the rabol board.

I know what you mean about it taking forever to kill the mobs. I've gone from level 62 to 65 trying to find the dagger board and I'm a fortefighter. The only good way for me to survive for a good while is using a gun and my ATA is atrocious. So it takes me a LONG time to kill things. When I'm soloing looking for it, which is most of the time, I tend to just do the map that starts with the sendillans and pannons, since it's the quickest one. You can skip so much of it and you find out you've got the wrong one really quickly. Since I get the wrong one fairly often, it's the speediest one to do! Of course, when I DO actually get the rappy spawn map, it takes me forever to plow through the enemies to get to the rappies. And then it takes forever to kill the rappies. And I'd love to say it's been worth it, but 4 eggs and 2 rappy feathers tell me otherwise. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

I went from about level 60 or 61 to level 65, almost 66, during the event. And what did I find? 4 eggs, 2 rappy feathers, a few junalines, neptulines, and merculines, a bunch of stelniums, slaterians, cladorians, vestalines, kerselines, vulcalines, and uptelines... and that's about it. As far as we ASSUME (key word) the noel 100+ rappys will most likely drop the dagger of serafi [B], and as much as people will probably run the new missions (which i think has rappys as a rare spawn), i feel this should be around for those hardcores. anyway to sticky this?

Well the database says the [B] Daggers of Serafi drop off lvl. 80-120 Noel Rappies, so I've been spamming Holy Ground S to that end. Not that it's any better than Dangerous Passage, but I'm already tuned for Holy Enemies and there's no megid dodging involved.

Lighting Beast is the best. There's a topic with the Rare spawns for it.
