recipe board tricks

I was wondering if anyone else has had any luck tricking the recipe boards. I turned a double saber into a falchion in offline mode and was wanting to know if anyone had done anything similar. Post the recipes and outcomes here if you would. The rarer the outcome the better.

This was essentially how hackers got all their Sranks. It's been fixed now, and besides it's totally hax0ring..

No, this is two different things. Offline it seems that using El or Im photons in a melee weapon, there's a chance it'll come out as a higher star item. This doesn't seem to work online though.

The way the hacking worked was they were able to create temporary board items and then stick it into the PM where the server wouldn't check the existance of it and thus it'd be permantently saved. Then later on, there was another trick to where you could put in a simple synthable item into the PM and then change it to something else. This pretty much allowed for weapons and armors to be made that the ingredients for weren't obtainable. Though, the stats may not have come out right when doing that.
