Raising IQ/Synch

After your MAG reaches 200 can you still raise Synch/IQ?

Also, the max synch is 120% but what is max IQ?

I just responded to your other post of this, I think. IQ and Sync can still change after you max out, and the max IQ is 200, I believe. I'm pretty sure that's what mine is now, and it's level 200.
