GC: GC BBA Help! Cant Go Online! Error 102!

I have a cat 5 cable hooked directly from my cable modem (no routers) to my BBA. I set everything to auto because I am on DHCP. No proxy or anything. When I try to go online it gives me an error 102, and says that my ISP info is incorrect. I can't even go into the Website option because it says the URL could no be retrieved. I tested the cord and it works fine. I know the modem works because it recognizes it. I also manually typed everything in and it still doesn't work! What is wrong? Can someone please help me!?

Try yoinking the power cable out of the cable modem and waiting a few minutes before trying to connect.
YOu'll have to yoink the power out of the cable modem and wait again, when you want to go back to using your PC.
