45 to 49%

Does anyone own weapon or armor within this range of element? We can more or less conclude that 50% is the max. I've seen many 44%. But I've never come across anything between them i.e. 45%, 46%, 47%, 48%, 49%

I wonder, do they exist? If not, then why?

They don't exist, at least not online. There are only a few set percentages that are possible to be synthed by players. NPC shops sell some weapons and armor with "odd" percentages though.

10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 34, 38, 44, 50 are the only percents you can synth. Its to make high element stuff additionally rare since a majority of the numbers are on the low end

Pretty sure it's not just removing higher numbers that does that. It wouldn't be unreasonable knowing what we do to say the lower elements are also weighted more.

I heard in the beta, all even percentages can come out. Anyone confirm this?
