Hey, i heard that you can only trade in Photon drops online, is this true? if not where can i?

Hmm, i read that before, thats why i asked, is it online?

Now i have another question though, is it a downloadable quest or something? Just answer me this one question, can i possibly do it offline?

EDIT: "Exchange them in online shop quest "Gallon's shop"" Is the part is that is confusing me. Is that an online quest you need to do it?

Yes, it's an online only quest. You have to go online to get to the quest. It's not downloadable, sadly.

Oh well, ill just save them up until i have a bunch and until i can go online.

Maybe if I get a gajillion of them, I can convince someone to pay for me to go online for one day to give them away and download more missions.

Of course, this assumes I would have or will have a broadband adapter.
