They have listed all the information for 3* wands, though it is a wiki, so you have to just take the information for what it is. They also have all B-rank weapons except for 4* tenora wands from +6 through +10.

I vote that Sonic Team changes the official name for the "Technique Power" stat to "Legal Impulsive Force." It sounds so much cooler.

I'm liking the look of the Batnara+5 (and by extension, Baton+10 - if I ever feel lucky enough to grind something that high).
