Newbie Question: Mag Guide Misprint?

I'm slowly getting the hang of the Mag guides. Vulpe's Mag Stats guide ( http://www.pso-world.com/vulpesmagguide.php?page=2 ) discusses best outcomes for Mags.

Here's a quote for best force outcome:

"MIND>POW>DEX MAG: DEF 30, POW 0, DEX 20, MIND 150"

Is this a misprint? It says "mind greater than power greater than dexterity" but don't those numbers mean "mind (150) greater than dexterity (20) greater than power (Zero)?

Also, my Power is up to level 2. Can levels go back to zero or is it stuck at 2? And is there a reason why all these recommendations are in multiples of 5 or are they just general guidelines?

Yes indeed, that's a typo. It should read MIND>DEX>POW. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Once you gain a level on a stat, it can never decrease. The only decrease is in the percentage scale for each stat. If you feed a MAG properly you can reduce unwanted scale % to keep it from gaining a level in that stat.
