I think you are talking about techniques, right?

Anyway, attack techs hurt the enemies (duh), resta heals you and other players around you, anti cures poison, shifta and deband raise attack and defense, ryuker makes a telepipe, reverser revives fallen teammates, and jellen and zalure lowers the attack and defense of enemies.
