A friend asked me today "what are all the ways that rare item drop rate go's down to 0%"

And I really couldn't say.
I only know of like one or two of them.

So if someone can please list them that would help him (and me for that matter)

There is hacked mags, that are either higher than level 200 or start with 0 defence. Stacking also drops the rate down to 0%.

Correct me if im wrong, but i think that if you have and "Dark" weapons, made from Parasitic Gene: Flow that drops the rate too.

Only 2 things will cause the rare drop %'s to go to 0.
1. Any "hacked" mag over the level of 200. "Hacked" mags level 200 and under do not affect drop %'s (even if it has 0 Defense.)
2. Any item stacked beyond what the game normally allows (only applies if the stack/s are in your char's inventory. If the stack/s stay in the bank they will not affect the %'s.)

Dark weapons have no affect on drop rates. And in case anyone asks, weapons with "hacked" %'s (anything over 100% in any given area) do NOT affect drop rates. I should mention that multi-equipping also does NOT affect the drop %'s.
