50% Armor + Mega Rainbow = 58% Protection?

I was wondering if you could get more than 50% protection if you used a Mega/Rainbow unit or if it stays capped at 50%. Anyone know?

I wouldn't be surprised if it went up to 58%. After all, it's an invisible effect you cannot see on your armor.
