Wavey Screen

I played PSO BB this morning and it all worked out great. I come home from work and there is a wavey screen when I open up PSO. I can get online but when I start moving The game just freezes! What is going on here? I am running all forms of system scans now.

I know this seems like a no brainer but did you try rebooting? Or was the pc already turned off before you went to play again after work?
