Earliest: Unsafe Passage S (Level 35+)
Fastest: Mad Creatures (Level 45+)

Yeah, I used to spam Mad Creatures S for PA frags. With my 70/10 FF friend and myself (70/10 FT) we would do successfully complete the runs in about 10 minutes. If we had more than just the two of us, it was even faster.

Mizuraki Defense S also has a requirement of only LV35. Although instead of Deljaban Megid to contend with, it's Olgohmon Barta instead.

Mizuraki Defense S is a lot longer than Unsafe Passage though, not many people do frag runs there.

Forrested Island S is also 35.

A rank story mission where you rescue the people trapped in LL. I forget that missions name, but if you can score S rank (have 1:30 or more on clock) you get 10 frags.
Its quite easy if you are a gunner and you focus on finding the people and not the mobs.

That only works the first time you do it, I believe.

You are correct.
Let's not forget the EASIEST one. The first story story mission, second part where you chase the Vol Brothers through the trap-heavy Mizuraki area. Run it on C a few times, figure out where the traps are, then do it on S. Easiest 10 frags ever.

You have to be level 60 to do those though. Mad Creatures S is what I did until Lab SS and CB SS came out. S2 missions made pa frag earning a whole of a lot easier.

I never managed to S-rank it even on C. But then again, I didn't know the "look at your feet while you run to reduce slowdown" trick at the time.
